The corresponding experimental GTSAXS data are presented as an alternative estimate for the true SAXS scattering pattern (upper left). The upper row shows the experimental GISAXS images (at multiple incident angles), while the middle row shows the corresponding GISAXS fits obtained from reconstruction. The bottom row shows example one-dimensional linecuts through the data (at qx = 0.0138 Å−1). The experimental data are shown in black, the reconstruction/fit is shown in purple and the individual DWBA components are shown in blue or red. The direct comparison between the reconstruction and the GTSAXS data (bottom left) demonstrates that the GISAXS reconstruction is robust and has a higher SNR (GTSAXS curve, black, was offset vertically to aid in comparison).
